Dr Christopher Jung

Dr Christopher Jung graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2006 and completed specialist training in Endocrinology in 2013. He has subspecialty expertise in thyroid disorders (including thyroid cancer), osteoporosis and diabetes. He also has extensive clinical experience in managing hypogonadism, pituitary, parathyroid and adrenal disorders. 

Dr Jung has a holistic approach to patient care and has in depth knowledge of health care services available in Western Victoria, from his many years working in Ballarat and the Bellarine Peninsula. He was involved in the development of an outreach diabetes clinic in Anglesea and previously involved in the review of hospital clinical guidelines for Barwon Health for 8 years.

Outside of work, Dr Jung enjoys various sports including Formula 1, Basketball, Tennis and Soccer. He can speak basic Korean.
