Dr Kevin Lee


Dr Lee is a Specialist Physician and Endocrinologist as well as Medical Researcher at Monash University.

His work in Endocrinology involves weight management, diabetes, thyroid disorders, menopausal symptoms, testosterone deficiency and pituitary disorders.  He believes in holistic care and the biopsychosocial model that integrates medication to mindfulness.

His PhD and current research examine the role of stress and its impact on metabolism with work that has been published in peer reviewed journals. His research has received multiple awards from the Endocrine Society of Australia, Royal Australasian College of Physicians and Diabetes Australia.

To balance his analytical side, Dr Lee enjoys being out in nature and gardening.  Inspired by the Royal College of Physicians in London, he cultivates a herb and medicinal garden where plants that have had a significant healing properties and medical history are collected and studied (see Open Gardens Victoria Video).
